Author of dual language book " Daniel Boone and the Secret path to Kentucky'
A native of Canada, Ferris Beechfork now makes his home in Australia where he has lived for the past twenty years. Ferris has travelled the world living for periods in Europe and Asia. An enthusiastic aficionado of foreign languages, and having studied a number of them, himself, including Spanish, German, French, and Arabic, among others, Mr Beechfork taught his native English for a while in Germany where he came to realise the value of dual text instruction with accompanying audio. Pairing this method of language teaching together with exciting fictional stories of the colonial period in the 'New World', a book like 'Daniel Boone and the Secret of Kentucky' will be of great value to Chinese students learning English.
